Biblical Strictness A Fundamentalist Baptist or other serious Christian believes in "Biblical Strictness". This means that a true Fundamental Bible-believing Christian believes that the Bible must be taken quite literally. God used men to write the Bible, using men as His instruments to accomplish this goal. Since God was the author of the Bible, God's Word can be completely relied upon.
If you do not believe what God has said in His Word, The Bible, then this points out your underlying problem. The real problem you have with the Bible is that you are "unbelieving" in what God has clearly said to you in His Word, The Bible. The Bible calls you an "unbeliever".
Jesus is God. Jesus said, "My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me: And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand." (John 10:27-28)
Jesus' sheep hear His Word. His Word is written down in the Bible. If you will not hear the words of Jesus, then Jesus said, "But ye believe not, because ye are not of my sheep, as I said unto you." (John 10:26) You are not a Christian because you are not of Christ. Why stay as an unbeliever? God is true but Satan is a liar and the "father of it". Satan wants you to reject Jesus and the Bible and burn forever in Hell. Is Hell what you want? Surely you cannot really want to burn forever in Hell, knowing what a place of eternal torment Hell is.
Therefore, turn from your sins and trust Jesus to forgive your sins. Then get into a good, Fundamentalist, Bible-believing Baptist Church, and live for Christ. If sin is your problem, then Jesus is God's answer to your sin problem! How to Know the God of the Bible * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *
